Wacky Chess is a children's chess game.
We collect nothing. Wacky Chess does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information or usage data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party services.
The app works entirely offline. Your game settings (such as the last world you played) are saved only on your device and never leave it.
Purchases (if offered) are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store; we never see your payment information.
Because we collect no data at all, there is nothing for us to sell, share, or delete — from anyone, including children under 13. This policy is compatible with COPPA and similar children's-privacy laws for that simple reason.
If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at doug@fluxengineering.com.
